The Sunday Times again placed General Mills among its rankings of Best 100 Companies in the UK during 2008.
The Times writes: "Staff say the organisation is run on strong principles (an 83% positive score)".

The Times also mentioned that we help a secondary school in mentoring pupils, and are also involved in a literacy program with 41 schools that encourages reading for pleasure.
